This is description

当社では、岐阜県中津川市内において小水力発電所を建設し発電を行っています。
当事業では、大正時代につくられた歴史のある農業用水路である「平石用水」の未利用落差に着目し、水路の一部を発電用導水路として活用しました。
活用にあたっては、地域との協議をもとに経年劣化が進んだ水路や取水設備の改修・更新を行い、農業用水路としての利便性の向上を図りました。水路の清掃点検は地元地区に委託しています。
発電に使った水は、発電所建設前と同様に水田など地区の農業用水として使われています。今後も地域分散型の再生可能エネルギーである小水力発電に積極的に取り組んでいきます。

We have built a small hydroelectric power plant in Nakatsugawa City, Gifu Prefecture, to generate electricity.
In this project, we focused on the unused head of Hiraishi Irrigation Water, an agricultural waterway with a history created in the Taisho era, and utilized part of the waterway as a power generation waterway.
In use, we repaired and renewed water courses and water intake facilities that have deteriorated over time based on consultations with the community, and improved the convenience of agricultural waterways. Cleaning and inspection of waterways is outsourced to the local district.
The water used for power generation is used for agricultural water in paddy fields and other areas as before the construction of the power plant. We will continue to actively work on small hydropower, which is a renewable energy that is distributed locally.
